1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing Longview Health, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms. Material updates will be posted on longviewhealth.org or communicated through the product where appropriate.

2. Medical disclaimer

Longview is not a doctor, clinic, diagnostic laboratory, pharmacy, or emergency service. The service organizes and analyzes information you provide, but it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or a clinician-patient relationship.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, medication, supplement, fertility, training, or protocol decisions. Do not use Longview for emergencies.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current.

You may not upload another person's health information unless you have legal authority and consent to do so.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Longview may offer a free tier with limited functionality.
  • Paid access is currently planned at $12 per month or $99 per year.
  • Paid plans may include a 7-day trial unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and failed payments may be handled by a third-party payment processor.

5. Your data

You retain rights to the health documents, biomarker records, notes, and other content you provide. You grant Longview permission to process that data to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you upload. Longview may reject, quarantine, or require review for data that appears unsafe, malformed, incomplete, or inconsistent.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Longview, attempt unauthorized access, probe or bypass security controls, overload the service, reverse engineer non-public components, upload malicious files, infringe others' rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Availability and changes

Longview may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to operate reliable production infrastructure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Some features depend on third-party services such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, biomedical APIs, or optional model providers.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longview disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Longview is not liable for medical decisions, loss of data caused by user action, third-party service failures, indirect damages, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Longview at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risk, nonpayment, legal compliance, or service abuse.
